They major yard pest and they give serious damage to your lawn and they are mostly on the aesthetic parts of it. Moles dig 15 feet of tunnels in just one hour and that cannot be good for you. It takes diligence to be able to remove moles but once they are removed or at least enough of them are, moles will stop entering your lawn. Make sure you don’t leave traces of your scent though if set up traps to make sure that they won’t know your presence.
First, stomp on some of the tunnels in your yard the wait ’til the next morning. Look into any tunnels that have been rebuilt so that you can find where the moles are active. Next, put some gloves on and the rub the end of your shovel with dirt so that your scent is removed. If you are able to keep your scent away, these moles won’t know that you are trying to make a trap for them or trying to capture any of them. Try to dig into the tunnel where the moles are active and then dig to the bottom as deep as your the jar you have.
Fill the jar you have with halfway full of water. Once done, tie a string on a piece of candy and tape the string on the side of the har you filled wate with to make sure that the candy is sitting above the water. To remove your scent from the jar, rub dirt on top of it and fit the jar into the bottom of the tunnel that you dug. The trap you set should be checked the next morning if a mole was trapped. In case that it isn’t dead, move the moles you caught hundreds of feet away from your house. Controlling the grub population in the lawn using a product that has this effect can help prevent those pesky moles from coming back. Edible insects are what attracts moles. If you are able to control the insect population and trap and remove them from your lawn then you cna make sure they won’t come back. Follow these few steps you will be able to make lawn mole-free.
